Brian Brosnan makes a deal with the Hearst Corporation to represent and manage their commercial properties located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles as film locations for the industry. The legendary Herald Examiner building becomes Hollywood Locations headquarters which has since become the host for over 700 productions; which include feature films, television programs, commercials and music videos.”
